Topic: SVP Crashing in MPC-HC "Access Violation"

I'm getting this message in a popup window titled "Unexpected Error". Strangely enough, this error only seems to happen when I make MPC-HC fullscreen. It works fine in a window:

An error has occurred. MPC-HC will close now.

Exception:
ACCESS VIOLATION

Crashing module:

Re: SVP Crashing in MPC-HC "Access Violation"

I'm having the same issue for a while and even though reinstalling the drivers after DDU used to work, it doesn't anymore.
From what I've tested so far it is not an MPC issue since most of the time the crash appears when the intro is skipped or when rewinding or skipping a few seconds of the video.
It also appears more frequently when using HDMI from the IGPU (in my case, since I'm using a laptop) at random times.
