Topic: SVP Not Popping Up

Hello, I recently built a PC and migrated my license from my laptop to my PC. After downloading and installing SVP 4, I click on it, but it doesn't pop up. I've read online about using DDU to unistalling my graphics card, but I've tried that and it still doesn't pop up. May anybody help me out here?

did you registered it on the new PC?
remove everything from %APPDATA%\SVP4 and try again
