Topic: Playback at 23,97 frames

Hello everybody, i just started to use svp and i have a problem.
I use my pc connected to my monitor and my surround receiver (denon x4000).
The player is kodids with madvr and reclock.
When i use kodi on my monitor everithing runs like it should and i get 60 frames.
When i use it with the receiver connected to my projector (mitsubishi hc3200) svp plays at 23,97 frames no matter what i do.
What could be the problem?
Thnks.

Re: Playback at 23,97 frames

probably the projector and/or receiver is in 24 Hz mode

Re: Playback at 23,97 frames

I checked the receiver and tried all options but i'm still getting 23 frames. The projector doesn't have the option to choose .
When playback begins a get a messagge on screen that svp is running in 59 frames, 1 second later it say svp automatic and then svp running 23 frames...

Re: Playback at 23,97 frames

Re: Playback at 23,97 frames

Seems like Kodi switches display mode to 24 Hz right after the playback starts.

http://kodi.wiki/view/Settings/Videos
"Adjust display refresh rate to match video"

Re: Playback at 23,97 frames

I put all adjusting on "off" and still not working.
I have ti say that kodi with the same settings works fine on my monitor.

Re: Playback at 23,97 frames

This's all I can tell - Kodi, or something else, switches the display mode.
It's not SVP's fault.

Re: Playback at 23,97 frames

madvr has a setting to specify resolutions and refresh rates.

Make sure 1080p24 or similar is not listed in that setting, and remove it if it is.  You may also need to change the setting to say something like 1080p60 instead.
