Topic: Is there a complete package for a working offline installation?

I want to install svp on a friend's computer but she don't have an active internet connection at home. When I installed svp 4 on my pc, I remember it downloading around 92mb of files. So is there a full package or something for svp 4 or older which I can put in my usb drive and install it on her pc?
