Topic: SVP 4 (build 25) Windows 10 (build 10240) - No active playback

I can't get SVP 4 to recognise playbacks with MPC-HC

Made a fresh install of 3.1.7 then I've installed 4b25 but there is nothing to do, when I play something with MPC-HC the svp monitor stay on "no active playback"

it works fine with 3.1.7

If anyone can suggest me something to try to fix I'll be grateful, otherwise i'll wait for future builds :-)

check that both MPC-HC and SVPManager are running under the same user account, w/o "run as a administrator" or whatever
for example, you could run Total Commander as admin, and then run SVPManager.exe from it
something like that

I've set mpc and svpmgr to run always as admin, and it worked.

Thanks a lot.

Chainik, although I am not a programmer, I am know there is a way for programs to have these permissions by default, so as not to cause this exact issue.
You should do that. smile
