Topic: I can't get SVP manager to open.

So I've downloaded this and followed the guide and FAQ however I can't seem to open SVP manager at all. When I click on the application in the folder nothing happens except the icon shows up in the bottom right hand corner and when I hover over it it says 'waiting for ffdshow video' Does anyone know how to fix this?

Use SVP full pack.
Use right mouse button on SVP tray icon.
