Topic: ffdshow (Intel QuickSync) problem with SVP

I use MPC-HP and ffdshow with Intel QuickSync for video decoding.
With SVP, I only get the original video-framrate and it is something like slow motion, see this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aL8lAs4BX3s
If I didn't use Intel QuickSync SVP works correctly. But I stil want to use QuickSync  to relieve the CPU.

Is there any way to fix this problem?

My Hardware:
CPU: i7 3770k
GPU1: Intel HD 4000
GPU2: GTX 780

I use SVP 3.1.6 and ffdshow v1.3.4530

use LAV video decoder + ffdshow raw filter
