Changed the PCM setting in ReClock to DirectSound (Default) and now it's fixed

I am afraid I might have audio stuttering again sad

As variant try to change audiorender in MPC settings to defaul system redner, its the same DirectSound as use ReClock
This error  appear in Reclock with any wav/lpcm audiostream
I suppose Reclock dont support it due to WASAPI limitations
