Best way to use SVP with a capture card?

Hi I have a license for SVP 4 for windows.

Just wanted to ask how to use it with a capture card?

I have a capture card (Avermedia Extreme Cap UVC BU110). It outputs 60 fps at 1080p normally in mjpeg or yuy2.

When I use SVP 4 with the capture card in say like mpc-be at like 1280x720 at 60 fps, I see no difference in the video.

I tried the different profiles but I didn't see any change.

What do I need to do to get smooth motion (soap opera effect) with the capture card?

Do I need to lower the framerate?

Or should I use another program? Or try non directshow players like mpv?
