Topic: Registration error - SSL handshake failed

New minipc (the last one suddenly died) and I was doing the installation, but when I try to register with a key (or clicking evaluation, it doesn't matter) it always says connection error.

Looking at the active log it says "[E]: Registration: server error 6 - SSL handshake failed" in every attempt.

What can I do to fix it? Never have this problem before.

There was some connection issues till yesterday.
Try to register today again.

It would have been good to know this beforehand because, after two days of frustration trying to find a solution (doing everything), I ended up returning the mini PC.

It should be understood that this mini PC was intended to work in a dedicated home theater room and having SVP active and running was an indispensable requirement.

That said, thank you very much for answering. Unfortunately, I can no longer test whether it would have worked or not.
