Cpu: i9 10980XE
Gpu: 4080
Ram: 32gb
Windows 10

After the last update of svp everything works as far as playback. When I view the performance data on the graph page of svp I see my index is around 1.0 cpu usage is staying at 0 and memory is reading correct. This problem may have persisted before the update but I only just noticed.

The log for svp updates every second and says

Sysinfo: Error getting performance data.

I think your CPU i9 10980XE is new to sysinfo library used by SVP.
So, we just need to wait for update.
