Topic: Framerate is not a multiple of 2.5 when converting via SVPcode

Well, that is, the film has a framerate of 23.976 FPS, so you need to multiply it by a factor of 2.5, then you get 59.94 FPS, as well as 24 --> 60 FPS. But SVPcode makes the framerate according to a different coefficient, for example, from 23.976 FPS it turned out to be 59.524 FPS, and from 24 FPS it also turned out to be 59.524 FPS, although in the program window it initially shows the correct frame rate (23.976 --> 59.94 and 24 --> 60).
