Topic: cant enable fill black bars lighting

hi after a reinstall a new windows i cant seem to activate fill black bars using mpv player, whether the source is sdr or hdr, am i missing something?
do i need to edit mpv config?

it is only enabled in fullscreen by default

But you can change that in SVP Manager, 3rd tab.
