Finally I figured out the problem! It wan't the graphics driver, it was a double entry of the nVIDIA GPU, choosing the other one solved the problem:

...and those double entries are because of screwed drivers

don't you have the "OpenCL and OpenGL Compatibility Pack" from Windows Store installed? it might be the reason.

Well this is a clean install of Windows 10 + the drivers bro.

I did install the OpenCL and OpenGL Compatibility Pack I dunno why I thought it's a good thing. Do you think it's useless?

dunno how exactly useless it is, but it's the reason for duplicate entries
