svp4-maintenance.exe error

I keep getting this error where SVP can't find the maintenance.exe file.
Reinstalling a fresh install or opening as admin doesn't seem to fix it.

this's strange, do you have an antivirus installed? it probably block some file operations

rename two .new files - remove ".new"

Getting this exact same error as well but no files that even look like the one missing can be found at the location. What can I do to fix it?
