MPV freezing on resume, only when using SVP

For the last few weeks, this problem happens randomly when I right-click on MPV to resume a paused video. The image stays frozen and the audio continues playing.

Sometimes it also happens when I left-click the MPV window to select it. It only happens with SPV running.

I've tried reinstalling SPV, updating MPV to the latest version, and about a million different combinations of settings in both SPV and MPV (including basic defaults).

EDIT: Lowering my RAM speed and voltage seems to have fixed the problem.
