Topic: SVP Recommended Settings Help & Question on Nvidia Optical Flow

I've used SVP (paid edition) for about a year now on my old pc. I recently bought a new pc (specs are below). My question is what settings would give me the Best Experience. Ya know, like what should I put in the rendering option, motion vector option, etc. I only use SVP on anime, if that helps.
The other question is, how do I enable Nvidia Optical Flow within SVP? The last topic thread said it needs to be enabled through SVP.

My PC specs are :
Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-9900K CPU @ 3.60GHz
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER
32 GB of RAM

App. settings -> GPU acceleration -> Use Nvidia Optical Flow

This is subjective, to every person they prioritise different things. Here are my settings below:

I don't use NVOF because artifact masking is better without it, and that's a priority for me. I want better smoothness, but also want to minimise artifacts.
