(18+ Topic) Getting good slow motion with SVP.

Hello, I bought SVP long ago for different purposes then most and I've always tinkered with settings to try and figure out what works best to get smooth motion without too much artifacting when I slow videos down to maybe 0.25 playback.

Essentially I want to get smooth motion of fast fluid streams (no, not urine.) with minimal artifacts when slowed to 0.25 playback speed. Most of my videos are 720p or 1080p and are 25 or 29.99 fps. I'll be using a 144hz monitor.

What settings would you recommend for this?
