I tried to convert 24fps to 60fps using svp code, but the text has serious jitter problems.

You mean hardsub?

Hardsub can have some artifacts at calculated frames.

For example, some video subtitles have a tearing condition after conversion.

It is possible. Every new frame produces by deformation of source frames. Text can be slightly deformed.
You can change force and kind of deformation by SVP profile settings.

But, It can't be fixed completely.

yea, hardcoded subs are never a good idea.

maybe you could cut out the section with the subtitles (using vdub or any other modern editing software), then transcode to 60 fps and after that re-insert the previously cropped part... big_smile
