Topic: Double LAV Splitter for SVP Tube 2

Hello,

When using SVP Tube 2 and selecting a video which is listed with audio and video (V+A) I get 2 instances of LAV Splitter in the taskbar. If I select a stream which SVP tells me it has no audio, I only get one instance of LAV Splitter, even though the video has audio. MP4 and VP9 work the same way.
Downloading said video (with V+A) and playing it locally, only one version of LAV Spliiter shows up.

Using MPC HC, MPC HCx64, MPC BE x64 (latest), LAV 74.1 (tested with LAV 73.1 as well). All internal filters are disabled. No external filters, except ffdshow raw.
Properties for internal filters in MPC HC and MPC HC x64 tell me it's 73.1 version of LAV, so I know it's not using those since the LAV Spliiter instances say it's 0.74.1. Win10x64, Xonar DGX.

In MPC properties there is only one audio stream, as well in Play>Audio Track.

one LAV splitter instance for each input file/stream
one stream - one instance, two streams - two instances
