Topic: CPU drops with certain video files on MPC-HC

I've just noticed that while watching something the image gets frozen for a couple of seconds while the sounds keeps going. When this happens the CPU usage drops to almost 0% and then gets back up to almost 100%. It seems to be only with certain video files, while others are completely fine to watch. What could cause this?
I'm using SVP 4 Free v4.2.0.136 and MPC-HC 64-Bit v1.7.13 on Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit.
The video file is a 1080p.WEBRip.DD2.0.x265-LGC.mkv.
For any additional logs or infos just ask for it, I have no clue what you guys need. But I'll have this screenshot showing the CPU usage drop and SVP-log: https://imgur.com/a/sHlhYlO

Re: CPU drops with certain video files on MPC-HC

First of all check th temperature of CPU and overheating.

I've look at your screenshot. It is no information about video pause in the log.
Can you check this video again please? Do you see the frozen picture at the same place in this video from time to time?
