Topic: License key inactive when change Date and Time Formats country

Hi:

I active my license key on Windows 10, and time zone, Date and Time Formats is Taiwan.
Because I want play games, so I change Date and Time Formats from Taiwan to Japan.
And then the license key change to inactive, show active notify windows again.
When I change Date and Time Formats back to Taiwan, and license key is active.

Is it a bug?
