Topic: Horrible Pixelation

Not shure when this started happening , i guess when i went to win10,idk.

Basically when a scene switches it starts having what looks like rendering issues and just gets worse with each scene switch ,happens in movies and animes..if you go back a little and replay that segment it doesnt have any issues but start again when new scenes comes.
I've tried going back to 3.17 but have the same problems still(switched to 4 with clean instal of win10)...I've tried to mess with the settings alot too, since 3.17 gives more options, but its the same doesnt matter the configs.(even the anime guide one).

As far as i know latest nvidia drivers dont go well with svp ,lag and stutters  etc,so i disabled openCL. It runs very smoothly no problems except the one mentioned (happens with and without openCL).

PC specs: i7-2600k @4.5ghz
gtx 970
8gb 1600mhz

Re: Horrible Pixelation

Re: Horrible Pixelation

Is the decoder in LAVfilters is set to "Nvidia CUVID"?

If so, set it to "DXVA2 (copy-back)"; if you have drivers for your Intel integrated GPU installed then you can also try setting the decoder to "Intel QuickSync".

Also, does this occur even when SVP is closed, and does it happen with any video file?

Im not sure how i fixed ,but i did,it even works with openCL now...

So i think it was  the svp4 LAV that was the cause. I downloaded and installed the latest LAV from their site after I uninstalled the LAV from svp4 and deleted the one of svp3.17 and now it worked from the get go.
Not sure if they were having issues(svp4 and 3.1 LAV's) but even if there was only one installed the problem persisted. I had tried to change configs before in them too ,nothing ever happened .

The problem only ocurred when svp was open, and happened to every type o video file i had.

Thanks for the help.
