Topic: Motion vectors interpolation mode?

I'm trying to watch animes and still with the best settings for watching anime explained on this site "http://svp-team.com/wiki/Watching_anime" I get wavy frames. I noticed that I was missing the setting " Motion vectors interpolation mode" and I wanted to ask: How do I get it? I have GPU-acceleration activated.

Re: Motion vectors interpolation mode?

Then why do I get wavy pictures when some really fast scenes appear? Or like there is a "halo" around the characters whole body and it seems severed from the background
