Libraries are present.

Can't load library. Maybe it is your anti-virus protect your system from load this file?

Try to renstall SVP and to add SVP-folder to exceptions list to the rules of your antivirs software.

i added that folder to the exception list, but im only running windows defender, and no other kind of A-V software

probably you're missing system opencl.dll
clean and re-install video drivers

SUCCESS!!! driver reinstall did the trick, now watching SBS 3D avatar @ 60fps smile
