Custom target frame rate means ability to use set of framerates for usual cases. Such as x2 for frame doubling. Or select one of usual refreshrates. Such as 48, 50, 60 fps.
86 fps is non standard framerate. Why you need it?

We will think what we can do for you.

Sorry for the late reply, I didnt get notifications of you replying to my post.

Basically, My monitor is overclocked to 76hz. And overwatch has some sort of rule setting to set its framerate cap to 10 above your current monitor refresh rate. Example: 60 = 70, 72 = 82 etc.

I've applied this to other games and I have gotten fantastic results.

So now I want to apply this to my movies as well.

(By the way. I did set my fps rendered to 90. My anime looked smoother at that refresh rate then it did at 75.)

Set monitor refresh rate to 86hz and use to screen.
I can see 25, 24, 50, 72, 75, 60, 96, 120, 144 be usefull but 86 lol

I cant set my monitor refresh rate that high, 76 is the highest it can go.

In the SVP version comparison shown here: http://i.imgur.com/AuBQ3dy.png]

It is said that I can set custom framerates, however I am unable to find an option to set a custom frame rate. I can only choose preselected framerate options.

In case it matters I want SVP to render a "Fixed frame rate 86 fps" if possible.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

What happened?

I got crunchyroll to work on my computer using quickstreamer and livestreamer, my videoplayer is MPC-HC. Here is a video of it working: https://my.mixtape.moe/ylnpxg.mp4

After you fully install both quickstreamer and live streamer you need to edit some configs in the livestreamer app data folder. (Credit to dlr5668)

Open the run dialog by pressing the windows key and r at the same time, type in %appdata% then hit enter. Find a folder called livestreamer and open it, inside will be a few files. Open the one called livestreamerrc with your favorite text editor. Then paste this in:

# MPlayer2
player=C:\Program Files (x86)\SVP 4\mpv64\mpv.exe

# Use this if you want to transport the stream to the player via a named pipe.
#player-fifo

# Use this if you want to transport the stream to the player via HTTP.
#player-http

# Use this if you want Livestreamer to only pass a URL to your player and
# let it handle the transport of the stream itself.
player-passthrough=http,hls,rtmp

# By default Livestreamer will close the player when stream is over.
# Use this option to let the player stay or close itself instead.
#player-no-close

# Use this option if you want Livestreamer to keep trying to access
# the stream even if it goes offline or disconnects. Your player must
# support HTTP and its playlist should be set to repeat mode.
#player-continuous-http

# Show console output from the video player
#verbose-player

# RTMP streams are downloaded using rtmpdump. Full path to the rtmpdump exe
# should be specified here.
rtmpdump=C:\Program Files (x86)\Livestreamer\rtmpdump\rtmpdump.exe

# Log level, default is info
#loglevel=debug

# Number of threads to use when streaming HLS streams
hls-segment-threads=3

# Number of threads to use when streaming HDS streams
#hds-segment-threads=1

Hashtag the mpv line and then point the mpc-hc line to your mpc-hc executable. But we are still not done! We need to install a library via the mpc-hc maintenance tool, I don't remember which one you need to install exactly so i'll just post what i have installed: http://prntscr.com/bxkatx http://prntscr.com/bxkazq. Should be smooth sailing from there. Enjoy! big_smile

EDIT: This only works on free videos on crunchy roll, not paid ones.

I've had this bug as well. It is fixed in the pro version of SVP.

Would it be possible, and are there any plans, to add support for WinDVD or PowerDVD? It seems like there's no way to use Blu-ray discs with SVP right now without DRM circumvention...

As stated here: https://www.svp-team.com/wiki/FAQ#Can_I … ith_SVP.3F SVP can't convert protected contemts. You need to have the file be in a un protected format.

Then maybe it's the opposite, that is maybe Ninite uses 1.7.9? (which I've always found to work better than 1.7.10, and it's not the LAVfilters either since I'm using 0.68.1 with 1.7.9).

Here is the about splash screen for my mpc-hc ninite edition. Its also worth noting that I figured out that this: https://www.svp-team.com/wiki/SVP:MPC-HC was a thing so I followed the guide there. A bit odd that it worked before and not now. hmm

I also went here: Control Panel\Programs\Default Programs\Set Default Programs and set mpc-hc as a default program. After that I told svp to use the default player and then everyone live happily ever after. tongue

Also sooner or later I might make a little guide on how to get twitch to work with svp if svptube does not work for you in twitch.

It would appear that the mpc-hc version that ninite uses has some weird secret sauce that makes everything work! I dont know how and I dont know why, but im just gonna leave it like so and not break anything else more. tongue

I ran into a new problem that affects both 32 and 64 bit versions. The video starts playing but then freezes while audio keeps playing.

Well this time, if it doesn't work, don't try anything else. tongue  One thing is that the settings for SVP may not get removed, but the settings for the integrated MPC-HC certainly should.

Ok so things are looking pretty good. Things actually work now and I am getting audio from both cans. Im going to try and use the 64 bit ver of mpc-hc now and see if anything changes.

Don't have that nor am I interested in it either.

Regardless, I would like to quickly mention that uninstalling MPC-HC and SVP and re-installing SVP and using its built-in MPC-HC should make everything work again, though you'd still have to manually point livestreamer to the mpc-hc.exe location (or you can skip the latter and just use SVPtube 2).

I'll give it a try. Thanks for the help! I'll let you know if everything went smoothly or if i need more help. smile

Well, at the very least, do things work when you're playing back an already-downloaded 30fps video?

2. Do you have steam? If so could we chat there? I know I somehow screwed up but I would feel more comfortable fixing it if someone else was there with me.

SVP is not recognizing my video player and converting my video to 60fps.

Try this:
http://www.svp-team.com/forum/viewtopic … 240#p60240

After many attempts to try and get it to work have failed, SVP now refuses to recognize the player. SVPtube works but it wont convert the film into 60 fps. The problem might be on my part since half the time i didnt know what i was doing so I kinda tried making educated guesses on how to 60 fps. Also I'm not talking about twitch, Im talking about youtube.

I use livestreamer + MPC-HC all the time because my laptop's lowly AMD E-350 can't even run streams smoothly through Twitch's web player.

How? I'm having a bit of trouble getting it to work.
