Yep! Seems like disabling GPU acceleration stopped the flickering for me. But I'm using SVP 4 Pro (with potplayer).

I get a big flickering issue with SVP 4 Pro mainly with H.264 codec as well as .MKV container.  I have not found any way to stop this.  I have to play these video files with SVP 4 disabled or they are unwatchable.  They play fine for 3-5 seconds and it seems like it is playing an older frame after every few frames resulting on a severe flicker every second, regardless if there is motion or if the scene is static.

I have the exact same issue. The thing is I'm not using any resizing in FFDshow Raw Filter and most of a time I have this issue while playing 1080p videos.

I have found no solution but to disable SVP when it happens.

Solved.

The problem was not comming from to svp, it was comming from a missclick in PotPlayer. HEVC decoding was set on system default instead of Built in decoder.

By ugly I mean having the sensation to watch a 800Mo DivX 3 video file (something like 688x288), while watching a 2Go x265 10bit (1920*864).

So yeah, pretty ugly.

Hi!

I'm having some issues reading x265 vidéos. While I have no trouble reading x265 1080p videos in Pot Player using SVP 3.1.7 (well, x265 took more time for the video to catch up the sound but it's not a real problem), they are heavily slowed down and look terribly ugly while using SVP 4 Dev Build 4.0.0.41.

ffdshow raw filter settings are the same in both situations.

Any ideas?
