Has anyone figured out how to stop audio desync? SVP + MPV runs beautifully otherwise...

Yes, appears to be! Having even less problems than before somehow.

Well that was weird, it seems that install was just broken somehow. Windows didn't even pick SVP up in the Control Panel, had to go through folders and find the uninstall.exe files. Appears to work just fine now! Not even having the video freezing issue again, which doesn't make sense since I was using all defaults before too...

This was happened too when I was using Windows 7, but not frequently. Actually the process itself was running, but the icon disappeared when I hovered to icon tray.
Restarting the SVP manager solved for me, of course I need to end the running SVP manager first using task manager.

I suggest you re-install the SVP in Windows 10.

I've reinstalled it once already to try and fix an issue regarding video playback in MPC-HC freezing when SVP started (but audio still played). Apparently that was a driver issue all along though related to CUDA.

Couldn't find the process in the task manager and yes it happens every time now, persists over restarts, going to try reinstalling again.

What the title says, if I mouse over its taskbar icon it just disappears.

Here's my clinfo.log and log.txt files, I've already tried doing a fresh driver reinstall using DDU.
