Hello, I have an rtx4090 and a 9800x3d CPU.  I'm want to convert my movies from 24fps to 60fps but not sure how to do it. Can't find the actual step by step way to do this. I have all 4khdr atmos movies on my computer.  Can someone please give me a basic step by step to do so?I do have the Nvidia TensorRT on for neural network engine.  Can someone please explain it to me? I know i'm missing something. I also tried to transcode something but i think it was just doing it through my cpu and not through my GPU so I just cancelled whatever was going on.

So, I added that to the MPV config file, saved it under notepad ++. it didn't work so i went back and put the # sign next to the ao=wasapi , etc,, and it stil isn't pushing out atmos signal for me. Am I missing something? Should i be using a differnt player?

Can someone please explain to me how to even edit or add things to your MPV config file? i can't find a way to do this. I go into the mpv.config and added this , tried to save it and said I don't have permission to save the added audio set up you guys have here.  I've been at this too long.
