Hello everyone,

I'm using Rife v25v2 TensorRt with scene change SVP Motion vector

I'm looking at the advanced settings of the software, all settings, it's been 3 months that I test several settings in a manual way directly, the options in the basic UI are really not sufficient, with the image comparison method I find that the image jerks despite having tested 50 different values.

So I wanted to know about the SVP motion vector method  in the all parameters tab, what are the best values to set to avoid artifacts between scene changes?

It's a pity there's no Discord because chatting on the forum is really hell for this kind of question.

and please don't tell me that the values in the drop-down menu directly in the profile are enough, because by exploring several softwares that don't work in real time there are so many options that you can modify with Rife and also use more efficient scene change methods, or use CVPR2023- A Dynamic Multi-Scale Voxel Flow Network for Video Prediction, or GIMM/GMFSS or MultiPassDedup

Please DON'T make a discord! I hate barking in the group with no hope of ever getting listen to. It's the worst thing ever invented.

A Discord is much more practical for solving technical problems or asking questions than a forum where you can ask questions with an hour's wait between each post.

ALL IN THE TITLE

Dear SVP Community Members,

To enhance our interactions and strengthen our community, we propose establishing a dedicated Discord server.

This platform would offer several benefits:

Real-time discussions: Facilitates instant communication among members.

Thematic channels: Organizes topics into specific channels for improved clarity.

Multimedia sharing: Simplifies the sharing of files, images, and videos to enrich discussions.

A Discord server would complement our existing forum, providing a space for more direct and dynamic interactions.

What are your thoughts on this initiative?

Best regards,

Me and CHATGPT

Hello,
I updated Vsmlrt with RIFE 4.26 v2 and akarin.dll.
I use MPC-HC with the Vapoursynth filter and TRT.
Now, I get some artifacts, and the subtitles wiggle with flickering.
If you look at the letter C, it's not entirely clear.
Do you have any solutions?

Also, when duplicate frame removal is activated, the video doesn't render.

Edit 1:
I uninstalled and reinstalled everything, but the same issue persists.
I used the files from the initial installation and the new ones from VSMLRT, akarin.dll, rife.dll, etc.

Edit 2:
I didn't find a solution for that, so I switched to RIFE v4.25, and it works perfectly.

Hi everyone
Do you know any way to use
MultiPassDedup https://github.com/routineLife1/MultiPassDedup
Or
Gmfss fortuna https://github.com/98mxr/GMFSS_Fortuna
With SVP through MPC-HC OR BE when VapouSynth is used in real time with Rife TRT
THANKSSSSSSS

HELLLLLOOOOO
Good evening I'll stop you for two seconds, Excuse me
I dropped my post here
For those curious about image interpolation models rife is not the only one that exists for video
All that remains is to try to make them work in real time

HELLLOOOO

I find different VFI models present on the NeuroIPS 2024

I share you two of thems :

GIMM
https://github.com/GSeanCDAT/GIMM-VFI

Mamba
https://github.com/MCG-NJU/VFIMamba

CHECK THAT

In the futur we need differents models support by SVP 4  like GMFSS a package fine tune with RIFE .onnx models for exemple

Did you know a way to use this models with a script via VapourSynth with MPC and SVP?

Share here your different discover and fine tune of interpolate model run on with SVP with script for exemple

I use RTX VSR +  RTX VSR HDR + Rife V2.26 in  1440p at  72 FPS througt MPC-HC x64

It's totaly possible be carefull of performance issues because a t 4k is not the same thing

Normaly you can set up this on

First : VIEW->Option->Internal Filter->Video decoder->  put hardware decoder tu use to DXVA2 (copy back)
Second : VIEW->Option->Playback->Output->  select  in directShow video Mpc Video Renderer -> Check RTX VIDEO HDR and Request Super Resolution to For < = 1080 p
Normaly it's work

My settings for anime is https://imgur.com/a/AQHlVHC

Hello everyone
I'm discovering the software and I'm a new user.
I use Rife 4.18 + RTX VSR on MPC-HC
I tried to find some documentation about the advanced parameters and their meaning and usefulness.
If someone could explain me each variable.
I've tried modifying a few parameters to test but I can't figure out what to touch.
It would be cool to have more documentation

I'm looking for the most pleasant and fluid viewing possible at 72 FPS.
Go turn my PC into a toaster for the love of animation!
Thanks to all.
