Been using the transcoding software in SVP 4 Pro, it didnt happen before but for some reason it is now, I keep getting these long lasting pixelated fragments. I have no idea how to get rid of them, I've tried different kinds of settings but still no luck, can you help? I added a file for an example.

I had trouble using the software several days ago. I changed no settings or anything, then whenever it tried to play anything, it would lag TERRIBLY. I noticed that my GPU was no longer being detected by the software anymore, only my CPU. So when running 144FPS for my 144HZ Monitor, my CPU is being eaten alive basically. I eventually had to uninstall it and reinstall the software and components. It works just barely better now, however, my GPU is still no longer being detected unlike weeks ago when it was being used instead to get better performance. My GPU is a Nvidia GTX 1070. How do I fix this? How can I make it detect my GPU and why did it all of a sudden drop detection of it?

When I booted up my computer tonight, I was kicked out SVP 4 after I purchased it a few weeks back. It wont let me log back in after i put my email and register key, and i tried both servers. Resetting it will make me lose all my settings and it took me quite a while.
