already tried that.
It doesnt mean bad things if SVP Index is higher, i just need to find a way to restrict it to not go above a certain value.
Tried a Local File too. Cpu usage was way down but the index is still way to high
looks better, but uses a bit more CPU and also does not fix the fluctuating SVP Index.

Sorry for bothering again, but I believe my CPU Usage of MPV is more than MPC-HC because it always hovers at 1.15x to 1.3x instead of 0.99x-1.02x.
How can i fix This particular issue? it only appears with MPV. i LOVE MPV but that is rather annoying as it uses way too much cpu this way.
MPC-HC uses around 25-28% cpu, where MPV uses 33-42% CPU which i cannot understand.

Conf is attached. got it from another user and tweaked it a bit (always # the stuff out which was already tried - or was in the conf beforehand.)
it can actually make anime smoother, but can introduce artifacts. i personally wouldnt use less than 24px.

These are working ALOT better i must say. still, the SVP index now permanently stays at 1.10-1.15 somehow.

Was just a test. tested a few more
MPV uses way more CPU usage than MPC-HC, but i want to switch to it due to the stop of development of MPC-HC.
My Config will be attached, i would love to get some test configs i could try.
Also, the SVP Index seems to be unstable. sometimes its 0.97, sometimes its 1,22. in MPC-HC, i have a constant 0.99-1,01.
