I don t understand because it does not make sense.
Lets say we've got 1 fps video - 1 frame each second. With 5/2 frame interpolation the output'll be 2.5 fps:
1st frame - at time 0, 2nd - 0.4 second, 3rd - 0.8 second, 4th - 1.2 sec, 5th - 1.6 sec an so on.
Imagine that red circle is an object moving from left to right.
In the interpolated frame sequence this object will be at positions of the black dot.

I think someone was asking if you could watch Blurays with Potplayer and SVP, you CAN do it with Slysoft ANYDVD HD, they give you a free 21 day trial period, and it runs in the background and removes the copyright encryption found on blurays and allows any AVC/H264 player to play a protected Bluray.

Условие что если тряхнуть, то начнётся стрельба. Дальше по условию ей тряхнули — значит стрельба началась. Что тут не так?
Тряхнули когда-то, без указания времения трясения. Период между трясением и началом стрельбы тоже не указан. Т.е. по отношению к текущему моменту вполне могли уже тряхнуть, а стрельбы еще не было.
Если есть больная, значит есть и здоровая. Чем этот ответ неправилен?
Только тем, что здоровых может и не быть. В исходном утверждении о здоровых вообще ничего нет.
Ну это уже к условию имеет отдалённое отношение.
В условии, как и в "задачках", чистая математика, ничего личного. Спорить с таблицей умножения можно, но бессмысленно

I mean there's no point in training a deep knowledge of SVP 3.0.6 now cause the list of settings in 3.1 will be completely different

I forget to say that it was with KMPlayer
"EVR CP" isn't a standard OS component, it's an interface that allows anyone to extend EVR, add some features and so on. So the actual performance of EVR CP may varies on different players and even different builds of one player.
What's going on with MPC-HC in your case?

with svp_scheduler=true I can see mpc-hc's memory usage in process explorer skyrocket really quickly, making this popup appear every minute or so.
With svp_scheduler=false, the mpc-hc memory usage both starts lower, and stays flat so perhaps theres something wrong with svp_scheduler=true MAG?
Please post here "Performance graphs" window screen shots with and without "svp_scheduler" enabled.
I only said that for most people madVR consumes more resources than EVR

This's the only thing that can load GPU with EVR c/p. And it's always not in use with madVR.

thats why i turned off in PotPlayer > Preference > Built-in Video processing filter settings > Condition = DISABLE

Nothing about picture post-proce on FFDSHOW, you mean that right?
Nope, I mean post processing pixel shaders in PotPlayer itself ('S' hot-key). As far as I know they works only with EVR c/p, so if you've got some heavy shaders there turend on you'll see high GPU load with EVR and much less with any other render including madVR.
