Are you sure this's the same .exe running in both cases?

Besides, MPC-HC 1.7.9 is not working at all in pipe mode on my PC smile HTTP mode is OK.

mpc-hc.exe, PID: 4788, supports 2GB RAM ONLY

all official mpc-hc builds are built with 4GB flag

Так какие вопросы то, CreateFile долбится - значит так и есть.
Оно не должно ничего писать, наверное даже обновление аттрибута "last access time" может привести к перезаписи целой ячейки на SSD.
Хотя я не проверял  hmm

thanks! this might be the problem - when "frames interpolation" is off, core libraries are inited with all default values
which means "gpu = on", regardless of if you actually have gpu  big_smile

мне вот вообще кажется странным покупать SSD, а потом трястись над каждым гигабайтом  big_smile
и цены на них уже околонулевые, и живучесть приближается к десятилетиям

однако, если Менеджер что там пишет на "40 гигабайт", то это, конечно, не есть хорошо

Так получается 3.1.7 поддерживает x64 MPC-HC?

не совсем  big_smile
для бета-тестеров - поддерживает, для всех остальных - нет
все-равно толку мало, стабильности нет

если хочется чем-то руки занять, то 64-бит плагины Ависинта доступны (известно где)
но это строго на свой страх и риск


Нового бенча можно не ждать?

это задача с минимальным приоритетом

The 3.1.7 version hitches after a minute - video visibly changes a little

this's may be not a bug but a feature  big_smile
it frees GPU resources on long pauses
