svp is disabled if avisynth is unchecked and should be unchecked if "temporarily disable svp" is on

Я уже сам задолбался на письма отвечать, пусть хоть по этому вопросу не пишут...
1. Люди не лицензии покупали, а проект развивали.
"Взносы" тогда никак не коррелируют с продажной ценой сейчас, завтра и через три года, а равно и с размером скидок по разным национальным, половым и иным признакам.
2. Если людям надо больше чем 1, то всё прекрасно решается в индивидуальном порядке. Это называется "человеческое общение"
3. Что б воровали меньше
4. В текущей общественно-политической обстановке мы поддерживаем население России.
Достаточно объяснений?

try to play with number of processing threads value (under "additional options")
what CPU do you have?
the problem is broken video drivers
I had a similar issue that was solved by increasing the processing threads amount to 7.
not an option here cause Keis has an i7 and trying to watch a 720p video...
The OS reports 1 Hz monitor refresh rate.

Are you using any "custom" video driver or maybe custom display modes or something like this?
Something is really broken in graphics drivers. Try to completely reinstall them first.
It's a decoder's job to make a copy-back...
There will be an online "License manager" soon to un-register existing registrations in case of emergency.

Right now the second ffdshow instance inside the same process is ignored in order to fix the situation when both "ffdshow video decoder" and "ffdshow raw filter" are in use at the same time.
I think we could improve this logic

Not correct.
Your 60 hz monitor CAN display 60 fps video.
Your 8-bit (or even 6-bit in the worst case) monitor CAN NOT display 10 bit video.
Moreover, this's NOT a 10-bit video, the uncompressed source was 8-bit only...

Try the new 4.0.0.47 build, hopefully it will fix this.
SVP supports only 8-bit processing as of now.
Why do you think you need 10-bit output?
Do you have a real 10-bit monitor?

Was buggy upon first launch some settings in the control panel weren't working properly
have you previously installed Technical preview?
~400 keys in queue plus obviously some problems with the server database performance o_O
hmm... plays fine to me
maybe a few jerks noticed on the final vertical panning sometimes and maybe there're more of them in "animation" rather than in "film"
