It should actually execute Avisynth installer IF there's no "avisynth.dll" in %windir%\syswow64.
The point is if it's already installed - it's up to you to ensure if it's installed correctly.
Installer's log could help - just press "show details" button

ну, если на 8 ядер выдать 8 потоков тяжелого расчета, то windows покажет загрузку 100%, а если эти же 8 тяжелых потоков выдать на 8 ядер + HT, то покажет 50%
что не говорит о том, что 8+HT в 2 раза мощнее чем просто 8, а просто такая вот особенность расчета цифры "загрузка процессора" 
кол-во потоков в настройках вручную поставить в то значение, при котором еще не падает
настройки - доп.настройки - кол-во потоков расчета
потом сообщить полученное число сюда

ничего интересного, кол-во памяти сильно зависит (*) от кол-ва потоков расчета, кол-во потоков по-умолчанию выставляется пропорционально кол-ву ядер
(*) при использовании Avisynth, для Avisynth+ (т.е. в 64 бит плеере) и Vapoursynth (т.е. в mpv) всё не так

SVP 4 works cause it doesn't use system's JavaScript engine.
