madvr is a high quality GPU-based video renderer
it's not a part of SVP, just an optional download that a lot of (advanced) users find useful
and it's updated on (almost) weekly basis
so, can you solve your problem by switching to the "Enh. video renderer (custom presenter)"?

Спец. условий на том основании что "работой удовлетворен", "многовато" и "сам из Украины" - не будет.
кстати, лог SVP с крайней версией SVPlight то же бы неплохо увидеть 
может быть там все что надо уже написано

yep, this is it
"3d" tag enclosed with two delimiters (dot, space, dash, underscore) will trigger 3d mode
and there're a few more similar rules for "sbs", "ou" tags
"mvc3d" won't match

2d video file named "Predator-3d.mkv" will trigger 3d mode in SVP

yep, automatic settings selection will fail in this case, you should manually add another video profile with lower settings for MVC
I mean this - see pic.
3D mode is also can be auto-selected by file name / path.
For example if the file name is something like "blah-blah.3d.mkv"

check that 3D stereo mode in SVP is not turned on

ranging methods from simple to advanced:
1. edit SVP/script/base.avs
2. edit SVP/script/generate.js, find the "gen_avs()" function
3. same as 2 but add some custom logic based on user-defined options (so you can for example have different scripts for different video profiles)
Windows 10 drops 64-bit Windows\System32\opencl.dll after almost each and every update, I've no idea why.
depends on what you have in "Video player" menu - "system default" or manually seletcted mpc-hc.exe via "choose application"

this's strange, it should not depend on the video player cause it's "Duration" field from MediaInfo of the same local file in both cases

если есть желание чтобы что то было починено, то крайне рекомендуется отвечать на вопросы сразу, а не пропадать на три месяца
вот лично у меня лайтпак - работает
если есть желание то можно в пн сделать спец. версию с выводом расширенной информации в лог, которую надо будет оперативно запустить и сказать результат сюда
и может быть не один раз
