Ну, наверное он и виноват. Т.е. не то что "виноват", а расценивается системой защиты как запуск из-под ВМ.

AFAIK, mpv currently doesn't pass HDR metadata in encoding mode.

Триал требует активации при каждом запуске.
Если "варианта с триалом не предлагает", т.е. в окне активации вообще нет такой кнопки, значит оно думает что запускается под виртуальной машиной.
Под ВМ возможности использовать триал нет.

I think it's a bad idea cause it will eat too much bitrate and still will have visible compression artifacts.

I dunno... We could add the latest Avisynth+, switch to the 64-bit version and add 4K tests but the results won't be compatible with the old version, so... will it worth it?
Everything is possible cause SVPmark uses very old Avisynth 2.5 32-bit, plus the video size used in benchmark is 1080p, which is too simple/too small for such CPUs.
Still 9900K is faster than 9700K so obviously it works somehow 
IF SVPtube works for you via HTTP proxy (not SOCKS5!) THEN you can also force mpv player to make network requests via proxy.
Control Panel -> System -> System properties -> Environment variables -> add new user variable called 'http_proxy'.
Don't forget to restart SVP Manager after adding it.
You don't need any cookies if you already see the video streams list.
The thing is video player doesn't aware of the proxy settings.
There's a way to specify HTTP/HTTPS proxy for the mpv: add environment variable 'http_proxy', but ffmpeg (and therefore, mpv) doesn't support SOCKS proxy at all.
as I said above - "it needs "Referer" HTTP header to play, otherwise it gives access error"
