я вижу только одну принципиальную разницу - у вас все установлено в юзерскую папку /Users/djinn/apps/homebrew/Cellar/, а у всех остальных - "глобально", в /usr/local/Cellar
может быть отсюда все проблемы, начиная с самой первой но это не точно

ну фиг знает что ему еще надо
можно предложить взять команду из лог файла, и запустить её в терминале
можно еще в конце "-v -v" добавить (два раза -v)
там будет больше написано, чем в лог файле
