i am still using svp free edition. But i need svp 4 pro now. is it possible that to take discount? 10$ is really good price.

With svp 3, we can use different frame rates like "refresh rate x2 , x3 or /2 /3 etc."

in svp 4, can we create complete custom frame rates? like 32, 35, 38 fps?
i mean more clearly, i want to create frame rates that not related with my monitor refresh rates.

if i can do that, i ll buy it.
