SVP can't read the framerate from a wmv video, my profile will be applied although I don't want it to.

MPV player can read the framerate without problem

Will it be able to decode with vaapi? It drops too many frames when decoding the video with my intel i5-4460.
Can it use more GPU just like AMD Fluid Motion does in the future?

CPU: intel i5-4460
GPU: intel HD4600
OS: Ubuntu 16.04
It says that it is supported by SVP on the official website.
