Based on my own experience, my Dell laptop is equipped with an RTX3060 mobile graphics card(not desktop edition, not 3060ti). I use the 4.15v2 version of the model, I get a smooth video on 1080p/48fps (movie x2) with 80%~85% GPU usage.
