Thank you.   There was a delay in the license being sent.  I received it.

Hi there,

I purchased SVP 4 Pro today and the license never arrived at my comcast account.  I tried turning off Spam Filtering and it still wouldn't send when I tried to re-send the license from the license tool.  I am guessing that Comcast blocks all emails from SVP?  At any rate, I sent an email to 'support@svp-team.com' and haven't heard back yet, but considering it was Sunday, it might take until tomorrow to hear back.  ...although, if they cannot send emails to my comcast account, will they respond to the gmail account I provided as an alternative in my letter to them? 

Also, is 'support@svp-team.com' the right email to contact regarding this issue?
