I was wondering if there Is a command that speeds up the encoding process using hevc In the advanced section
.
Gpu usage Is always at 11% and averages at around 160fps.

I’m using an Nvidia gpu 2080ti.

What If It was a legit app like Airvideo for Instance with an added feature of video smoothing?
All the processing would be done on a desktop pc and the result video would be streamed to the IOS device.
