found an alternative, svtplay-dl something like that imbedded into svptube would be amazing.
i THINK its based on youtube-dl... but i could be wrong. if it is then it shouldnt be too much work. alot of nordic sites supported there. would make alot of fans happy

i guess ill try, ill try to figure out how to do that i guess. i doubth though.
the main issue here seems to be that SVPtube does not log in to dplay.no like it should have dont have access. either that or its encrypted and missing and access key.
but ill try to figure out manual youtube-dl and give it a shot.
(was actually quite shocked that the video downloaded with SVPtube was in such higher quality than what i get on the site itself.
would it be possible to enable this?
notice one of my payed sites gets downloading right away when the video is free (even better quality than on the site) but i cant seem to get videos behind the paywall that is the f4m file.
anyway to get this working? been playing around with AdobeHDS and so on. but i cant seem to get it to work. and SVPtube is so easy and simple to use!
i mean it streams and downloads the free files flawlessly, but not the non-free ones.
and i did try to add my user to SVPtube, sadly dont work 
(for notes i try to get files from dplay.no which is a part of "Discovery Corporate Services")

i tried 4 times now after reboots and everything. the installer seems to issue a reboot after its done installing MPC. canceling the install in progress and anything else you might do as its a full restart.
this is a weird issue, havent had this issue before with SVP.
EDIT: this issue seems to not be in the offline installer, used that and it worked (well i actually skipped instaling most things except for mpv and youtube-dl. readded them in the update tool though!)
EDIT2: seems like this issue isnt on the offline installer at all as i just tried the same install settings as i had with the online version. namely turning on almost everything.
yeah, the new Plex Media Player would also be a really good thing to support if mpv ever happens.
its good to hear that there isnt too much hate on it.
if support gets good enough i guess that could come with SVP after a while aswell prob. i really dont see a reason not to.
it would be great if SVP supported mpv out of the box or not.

i got friends that love that player because its so simple and just works, would be great if SVP supported it aswell.
a plex or emby plugin that hooks into SVP could do it i would think, ofc it would take alot of power esp if transcoding is needed on top of the SPV render.
a plugin to another media server is prob the best and easiest bet to do this i would think.
had the same issues with a stronger cpu and the same gpu. what did it for me was to set the processing threads manually instead of auto, saw the results right away when i changed that..... maybe it will work for you too

seems like you can remove an activation. the license manager link in the svp activation window does not point you to this at all and should be fixed IMO!
everything works now tho so its fine.
SVP Pro want me to re-register my key even after activating it once before on the launch day.
its the same PC its the same windows, only difference is that windows updated pretty much.
my key wont get accepted at all since its already activated..... or so it says.
i should be able to remove an activation with the license manager if such issues occur IMO.
i payed for your product and they key no longer work since it believes that my windows isnt activated anymore for whatever reason.
it keeps saying i have too many activation's of the registration key. yet i have not activated it on any other pc then the one im using and the one that asks me to re-enter the key.
