I gotcha! This bit is taken from the General tab after trying to launch SVPMgr.exe.

Faulting application name: SVPMgr.exe, version: 3.1.6.1041, time stamp: 0x2a425e19
Faulting module name: unknown, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x00000000
Exception code: 0xc0000005

And this is from the details tab, might you want to see it.

Unless you find it interesting for the development of SVP I wouldn't recommend delving into this. I guess it's hardware related.

Just downloaded it, the same result occurs. It shows up as a process in task manager, stays there for about 10 seconds and then it disappears. No errors or anything.

Ah, I see. Inside the SVP 3.1 folder there is one textfile named log.txt.

These are the contents:

13:09:29.865; Start: SVPMgr 3.1.6 (1041) starts...
13:09:29.866; AppDataPath: C:\ProgramData (ANSI)
13:09:29.866; Start: read settings file settings.ini
13:09:29.866; Start: load language file - English. Duration: 73 ms
13:09:29.939; Start: check launched instance of SVP-manager
13:09:29.939; Start: check Avisynth installed
13:09:29.940; Start: clear Logs folder
13:09:29.942; Start: CPU and threads count detection
CPU: AMD Phenom(tm) 8650 Triple-Core Processor [3 threads] (438)
13:09:29.942; Start: SVPMgr folders prepare
13:09:30.495; Start: CPU performance level estimation

Based on this can I assume my horribly outdated CPU is the issue here?

My SVP crashes before I open the config or anything after launch. I will start it up, the icon in the taskbar will rotate several times and then it will stop. Once I mouse over it again it will instantly disappear.

I have no "All users" folder in C:\Users. I have found the SVP folder at C:\Program Files (x86)\SVP. I don't think I can find any logs there.

Help would be appreciated.
