I'll tell you how I got my Blu-rays to play, that doesn't necessarily mean that's the only way, it means it's the way I got them to play.
LG blu ray reader and burner.
windows 7 64bit. Also have it installed on windows 8.1.
3770k (4.2) and a gtx 770 lightning ed.
8gb ram.
