The last update of yt-dlp for me took place on May 26, 2026. Since then, I haven't been offered any further updates, even though the current version of yt-dlp is now 2026.07.04.
When will the next yt-dlp update for SVP 4 Pro be released?
It would be very helpful if you could provide a way for SVP 4 Pro users to update yt-dlp themselves. That way, I wouldn't have to keep asking here in the forum when the next update is coming.

When will the update for yt-dlp to the current version 2026.03.03 finally be released? The version available with SVP 4 Pro is still the penultimate version, 2026.02.04. However, I've been experiencing massive problems with this version for about three weeks now. I can no longer watch 4K HTTP streams with the mpv player because the stream stutters immediately after starting. M3U8 streams are also no longer being offered.

Hello,
On August 12, 2025, I noticed that I can no longer watch HTTP streams on YouTube with SVPtube 2, but only M3U8 streams. I suspect this is due to yt-dlp. There were updates for this on August 11, 2025, and today. I'm waiting every day for yt-dlp to be updated accordingly in SVP 4 Pro so that I can finally stream HTTP videos on YouTube again. When can I expect the update?
