I replaced the avisynth_filter_64.ax in SVP installation folder to version v1.3.1 from github, and the freezes are gone, so I will stay like this for now.

yes, the subtitles renderer is "Internal Subtitle Renderer". I have reset MPC-HC settings and used the SVP wiki to configure from start.
basically:
external AviSynth Filter disabled -> runs normally;
SVP not running, external AviSynth Filter enabled -> freeze on subtitle change;
SVP running, external AviSynth Filter enabled -> runs normally.

Hello,
after updating SVP, all videos are freezing when i change subtitles, but only happens when SVP is not running. When i disable AviSynth Filter, it works normally.
Video renderer is madVR, but it also freezes on other renderers.
