I am encoding 60FPS video but not getting 100% Smoothness. On high movements there is frame drops & sometimes lag in smoothings.
My parameters which I used are listed below,
Please help how can i fix this frame drop & get well Smoothness.
There are are two samples of 60FPS video, 1st is from someone giving 100% Smoothness, 2nd is mine Smoothness missing. What Should I change to look like that.
